Biography
Aaron began his career with the company in 2015 as Head of Rating Audit, having previously served as Senior Business Rates Officer at Manchester City Council, and has gone on to excel within the business ever since. Over the past five years, he has led the day-to-day operations of the business, during which time the company has seen a significant amount of growth. Aaron has also led on the development of Dunlop Heywood's proprietary suite of software — REALM, REALM Connect and REALM Nexus — which have been instrumental in driving the accelerated growth seen in recent years.
An IRRV Professional Diploma holder since 2018, Aaron specialises in managing senior teams, business rates audit, transitional relief and empty rates mitigation, and has over 13 years' experience leading and running such teams.
