Biography
Relevant Experience Adam started his surveying career in 2007, specialising in business rates and has achieved savings in excess of £40m on behalf of a wide range of clients, including both major private-sector and public-sector bodies. He has extensive experience in providing valuations for rating across all property types and by combining knowledge of the industry with valuation expertise he provides reliable, specialist valuation services.
Adam joined Dunlop Heywood in 2017 and is responsible for managing some of our major clients including New River, Pradera, The Peel Group, Punch Pubs and Heineken. He also holds the RICS Rating Diploma; the gold standard qualification for specialist rating surveyors.
