LEASE TERMS
The unit is available to let on a flexible basis or on a new lease for a term of 5 years on full repairing and insuring terms. Any lease offered will be outside of the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part 2. Vehicle repairs, motor trade and hot food uses are not permitted.
RENT
The unit is available to rent at £10,000pa exclusive of VAT and other charges.
RATES
The property is to be assessed for business rates. We expect that the Rateable Value will fall below the £12,000 threshold meaning that qualifying businesses will benefit from small business rate relief at 100%.
